Philadelphia’s new initiative brings affordable homes
to qualified families
the City of Philadelphia offers the opportunity for families to own affordable homes that will build equity for their futures.
The new construction townhomes are located in various neighborhoods throughout the city, and feature both two- and three-bedroom options with up to two bathrooms. The two-to-three story homes also include stainless steel appliances. Starting at $230,000, this program gives families a chance to accomplish their dream of owning a home with a monthly mortgage payment between $1150 and $1450.
For those families who qualify, up to $75,000 is available towards the buy-down of the mortgage, plus up to $20,000 in additional grants.
